I dont have alot of time here. the computer is running out of batteries and the connection may go down at any minute. I am at the slabs and everything is great. I will have to do a better job of this at a later date, but for now, I wanted to say that the retreat was great for me. I have been pleasingly passing my days at the heavenly oasis also known as Angels Organic Farm which also houses Angels Health Food Institute. My generous and gracious hosts, Ken Brown and Peggy McDonnell, provide me with the perfect setting for feasting in new health information and fully relaxing into the perfect autumn weather within the perfect country setting.
